Bliss

I chose to be Happy...!  And that is my choice indeed, nobody forced me nor did anyone asked me to be. I believe in the fact that human are the master of their own self,  yes we are our own master and it is us who choose whatever we want, or whatever we do. Maybe, there are times when we are stuck in a situation where we should either be happy or be sad, and we may have a hard time figuring out which one to go forth.

As one such human, I do believe we can do whatever we want to, it is more like having the freedom to pick our own kind of emotions anytime.
We seldom make up our own mind and go ahead with what is planned, but it is easier said than done, we tend to overthink a situation which is long gone or which is yet to happen and give a pause on being contented for the very moment.

However, when certain situation compel us, we are bothered by the things which makes us unhappy or awfully bad. So, I finally found the solution i.e I try to push away those gone bad moments and make space for happy memories to fill in, It is not as easy as it sound to be. But, you can try a little harder and hopefully you will conquer.

A friend of mine once asked me, why and how Is that you can always smile and tends to be happy as if there is no such worldly things bothering you? and why am I not serious over things that may happen any time, she questioned whether I am cold over people and  the situation or is it because I am an escapist who wish to push away problems since you don’t want to be a part of the hard driven moment. I agreed to her escapist part, but I said I am not cold, it’s just that I don't wish to waste my time 'over-thinking' what tomorrow may bring or what is long past  gone. I don't want to spend half a second of my life focusing  over those which is not worth to be brooded and miss out my 'Now' moments.

I also told her that, ‘Life itself was too serious to be taken seriously', why not cut away the little seriousness and add a bit of happiness in between those
tiny spaces of worries, you will at least get to smile and be glad even for a little while. For things long gone will not come back to you, so why not plan ahead for the future instead. And years from now, you will see yourself smiling for having all those happy memories even if it was for a slight second/minute. Take life with surprises instead of wasting time on thinking what tomorrow awaits, think of how you will be even happier than you were today, because you have your 'Today' all to yourself, spent it wisely and of course merrily without worries.
