New Year Resolutions: 'Upgrade the old You'.

So, this year 2015 too comes to an end like any other year... It is an overwhelming feeling to bid adieu and leave behind yet another year and saying  'hello' to yet another 366 days (Including this year's leap day).  I am  assuming many of us are busy making list of resolution to follow.. the list might be lengthy than the previous year or it might be just a shorter version as you may have improved quite a bit.. Maybe?
Looking back at the year, we wonder how time swept so quickly without us hardly realizing that so many things has happened this past 12 months. Many changes, many transformation or few or more improvements and the things which we learnt are new and different as compared to the  past year. We are evolving with fresh lessons in life I bet, and also because we learn to take responsibility with time and age. Thereby, like every possible year...  the changes which we want might be less than the previous #The reason: We are growing wiser with the years passing.

What could be the possible reason that you wanted to bring changes in your life? or what could be the changes you want? why do we even make a resolution? Is it because we feel a pride of taking life more on a serious note? Is it because somebody asked you to? either ways, we are trying to resolve it. Right?

Status on Facebook, Twitter and all social network will be filled with the cliche quotes of  'New Year, New me' Or something like,  'it's New Year, time to start doing this, time to stop doing that' and so on... What exactly does a 'New Year, New Me' even means? Does it mean you are going to change your whole self ? Is that even possible? I mean all this time you have been the same you and suddenly as New Year comes.... you want to bring a quick transformation. Well, good for you... if it is so easy or if that is what you want/need?

For some past years, I have realized the fact that changes are not exactly what we need, it is what we wish to see in ourselves, but if we ain't ready for it or if it doesn't comes to us despite working hard then why force?
Finally, I decided and came to the conclusion of making only one resolution and that was... to bring no change but to 'upgrade' myself, because I  really don't intend to change myself.  You don't necessarily need to make a long list of resolution and be disappointed for not following them at the end of the year. Instead why not attempt to upgrade or strive to update the old You. And, if you really have to transform yourself, it will come by itself with time, you won't find yourself forcing into it.
This New Year like I said will be another added year, but I will be the old self, I don't intend to change myself (Not saying I am perfectly perfect to not change at all)  but, why keep a commitment  for the sake of making a resolution which I might fail to follow and disappoint myself. Anyways, as time goes and as we grow... the changes in us will be seen, without us making any efforts. As the famous saying goes.... 'With age comes wisdom'. Better go with the flow I say
So...  What resolution have you made for this New Year? Try to change completely or upgrade your old version? Choices, all yours.

                       HAPPY NEW YEAR FOLKS!!
May this New Year brings in more Love, Happiness, Blessing, Prosperity and all things Extraordinary!!
 God Bless All.

Book Review: Yours Legally by Sonia Sahijwani

About the Book A young girl Sia has recently finished her graduation in Law against her parent’s wishes. With absolutely no family background in the legal profession, she sets out to explore the various opportunities this not so common but upcoming field of law brings her way. Written in the form of short stories and inspired by some true events, the author, through the protagonist Sia, narrates to us few such unusual and memorable incidents including some eccentric courtroom dramas, all of which left a deep impact in her life. This debut book one is an honest attempt to talk about the law with a dash of satire, with an aim to reach out to all those who may or may have never heard anything about the legal profession nor would have ever stepped inside a court. And for those who are a part of it already, they might relate to it in some way. Just read along and enjoy the short but bumpy ride….. My Take on the Book The title of the book caught my attention. ‘ Yours Legally ’ b...
