Book Review: Sometimes it happens Karan Sharma

About the Book
What happens when two adults with a vast age difference fall in love?
Gautam is a twenty-five-year-old upcoming professional and Roshni, a senior management member working in the same multinational bank. More than a decade apart in age, they cannot help but feel attracted to each other.
However, can two people with such a vast age difference be compatible?
Sometimes It Happens explores the fun and turmoil as they fall in love, get laughed at by their friends and then develop cold feet, thinking about the repercussions their age difference could have on their relationship.
They say love is blind. So, will two smart professionals decide to listen to their hearts or will they listen to their mind to avert what may be the biggest blunder of their lives?

My Take on the Book
Have you ever fallen in love with someone who is way younger or older than you? Do you think having a huge age gap should/ would hamper two people falling in love?
Sometimes it Happens by Karan Sharma is a tale about the current generation love story where falling in love means having no boundaries, no compromises and not defining love based on ones age.
The book introduces us to Gautam a twenty-something man who falls in love with Roshni, who is a decade older than him. However, despite the difference in the age, they choose to be the ideal couple and like every relationship it sparks off with a good start and later with times, they go through a complicated phase due to the generation gap.
Will they suppress the tough phase and allow their love to take over? will they stand the test of time and end up being with each other? grab a copy of Sometimes it Happens by Karan Sharma and find out the unusual love story between two couple. In the meantime, you can read my take on book.
I love the way the author has narrated a simple, yet a beautiful story where couples of today generation can resonate with the tale, the scenes are explained in a related-able and realistic POV. It is indeed a sweet tale of love, where two people despite the age difference choose to be in love and be loved. The story takes a turn when Gautam's friend and family started getting involved and turn the already complicated relationship into even more complex.
You will definitely love the book if you are into sweet love stories, if you are in love in with someone younger than you or if you are with someone with a huge generation gap. As for me, there is one thing I learned from this book, i.e. no matter what happens, love is love and despite anything that comes your way, you will get through with it if it is pure and true.
Put your heart into all your relationship, not logic.
the world will be a better place yo live in.
it happens...

About the Book A young girl Sia has recently finished her graduation in Law against her parent’s wishes. With absolutely no family background in the legal profession, she sets out to explore the various opportunities this not so common but upcoming field of law brings her way. Written in the form of short stories and inspired by some true events, the author, through the protagonist Sia, narrates to us few such unusual and memorable incidents including some eccentric courtroom dramas, all of which left a deep impact in her life. This debut book one is an honest attempt to talk about the law with a dash of satire, with an aim to reach out to all those who may or may have never heard anything about the legal profession nor would have ever stepped inside a court. And for those who are a part of it already, they might relate to it in some way. Just read along and enjoy the short but bumpy ride…..
